What happened
Albania did not have a venue that could hold this show, so one was built. Eagle Stadium was a temporary structure raised in the Kashar area along the Tirana–Durrës axis, with room for around 60,000 people, put up for a single concert.
The national tourism agency promoted it as the largest music event of the Albanian summer. For a country of under three million, a one-night 60,000-capacity build is a reasonable claim.
